Hi, I’m
Mariana.
Mariana Reads is my corner of the internet for literature, cinema, and reading culture. I’m an English Literature student in Curitiba, Brazil, and most of what I post starts in my own annotations: a letter between two writers, an old rivalry, a film adaptation that got a character right (or completely wrong).
I don’t make content around trends alone. I like videos that leave people curious enough to look something up, argue in the comments, or pick up the book again.
I also build tools for readers — like The Reading Archive, the Notion system I made out of years of reading, annotating, and researching during my degree.

I also work with bookish products that belong on a reader’s desk. I don’t drink coffee, so tea brands are very welcome — and I do spend a lot of time reading in cafés and meeting friends there.
